Hatha Yoga
Rooted in the Sanskrit word meaning “to unite,” yoga is the practice of harmonizing body, mind, and breath. Through intentional movement, breathwork, and stillness, yoga opens energy channels (chakras) and supports the flow of vital life force (prana) throughout the body.
Julie offers a hands-on, supportive teaching style focused on body awareness, proper alignment, and personal exploration. She gently encourages students to work within their own comfortable limits, offering modifications and props to ensure accessibility for all.
Classes are 75 minutes, allowing for a thorough warm-up and deeper exploration of poses to build a strong, safe foundation. With a small class size, Julie provides individualized attention while maintaining a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
